In consultation with the event organisers, a return is estimated.
There are three options:
If the bar revenue goes to Bar Solar, no renting price is asked, only the transportation.
If the bar revenue goes to the organizing party, a renting price is agreed upon - the transportation costs can be either included in this or be on the account of the party renting the bar.
